Sleep 2
I hope you don't mind me going on about my sleep, but I do find it useful to set things down here.
Following on from my previous post, I tried using the CPAP machine last night, and felt better today. The SpO2 graph was:
So not too different from 1st March. One marked difference was the snoring duration:
| Date | Snoring Duration | Deep Sleep Duration | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-03-01 | 4 hr 49 m | 1 hr 27 m | No CPAP |
| 2026-03-02 | 4 hr 43 m | 1 hr 12 m | No CPAP |
| 2026-02-03 | 1 hr 01 m | 0 hr 12 m | With CPAP |
Perhaps snoring duration is an indicator of OSA? Although there was another difference last night, and that was the amount of deep sleep was much less than on the previous two nights.
Tomorrow I should get a result of whether or not the watch thought I had OSA over the past two nights.
One other thing, after a night of using the CPAP machine the continuous sound of rushing air leaves my ears ringing for the rest of the day.
